Levels 18-20 in the Beneficial Life tower are home to the new $7 million Van Cott Bagley Law Offices. Our TEAM is proud to have worked closely with Architect, Diamond Phillips, on this complex, interior remodel project. The interior project was highlighted by a three-story grand staircase with flared, sweeping stringers. The staircase was constructed of rolled steel in pieces small enough to fit into the freight elevator. The ornamental metal guardrail and steel stair assembly are finished with hand-rubbed stain and oil finish and are infilled with glass panels. The boardroom and all conference rooms are equipped with the latest in A/V technology for video conferencing, cable TV and networking; the teledata system has the latest in VOIP technology.
