Zion’s Bank Tower Building

1 of 2 next

The Zion’s Bank Tower Building (formerly known as Gateway Tower East) has recently undergone a complete renovation. The project was essentially completed in three phases: core remodel, the skin and lobby remodel; and finally, a series of tenant improvements. Housed on the 17th Floor, is a unique securities trading center for Zion’s Bank, very unique in the fact that there are less than 10 such trading centers in the world. As a competitive trading organization within a unique environment, it is imperative that their power systems remain active or the losses would be enormous. Our Team is pleased to utilize this project as an example of what real world engineering entails. Each client is unique, each project often entails unique situations which require a well thought out and coordinated plan. And, most often in today’s built community, this is the norm and not the exception. We believe our ability to truly listen to the clients needs combined with the experience to foresee possible difficulties (whether they be within our own systems or in coordinating with other a/e team-members) was essential to the success of this project.
