Set at the entrance to the Park City Valley, this combined retail and residential center reflects the tone and rustic flavor of the community. Passing beneath a lit archway which spans the road space, both resident and shopper view an upscale but comfortable scene. This 211,000 S.F. project consists of 32 apartment units, seven total buildings, including core and shell retail spaces, and core and shell office spaces. Our scope included electrical engineering, site development, power and telephone distribution, parking lot lighting, street lighting, and landscape and building lighting. Our team gave special consideration to electrical capacity and flexibility to accomodate the future needs of various different tenant types.
