Located adjacent to the Daybreak Community, this highly visible project resides next to the Bangeter Highway in South Jordan City. The project is a large scale retail and theatre complex -- spanning from 114th South to 118th South and 36th West to Bangeter. Our TEAM also designed the street lighting for three of the four surrounding streets for the facility (not including Bangeter). As with most street lighting, careful coordination with the City was required. Thus, our Team worked with South Jordan to correctly categorize each of these roads into the City’s three set categories. It was determined that each road was indeed a separate type. Thus, the street lighting design addressed the needs of each road category separately and according to City code and guidelines.
