In 2007, Envision completed programming, and is now in the design stage of a new three-story, 80,000 s.f. assisted care facility which sits adjacent to the Cristus St. Joseph Campus; hospital, senior apartments, and sleep disorder center. When complete, the Joseph Villa Assisted Living Center will include 46 assisted living apartments on two levels (each floor comprised of 23 units per floor, 17 one bedroom, and 6 studio units). The ground floor will be the Dimentia Special Care Facility, single rooms 12.5 x 22’. Design Architect, John E. Pace of Pace Hart Design.
