David Whitton, P.E.

Mr. Whitton brings an extensive project history involving airport, manufacturing, educational, municipal, institutional, medical, laboratory and more – including multiple projects for such high profile clients as the Salt Lake City International Airport, ARUP, and Sorenson Companies. Recent work also includes the USU Life Science Research Center, and the University of Utah Skaggs Pharmacy Research Building. Both of these high profile projects include research laboratories, offices, parking, site work and utilities. Mr. Whittons vision and understanding of both coordination and technical design issues, as well as his broad-span of experience, better enables the team to realistically achieve project goals.

Francis Rosado, P.E.
Associate Principal

Mr. Rosado brings almost two decades of experience to the Envision team, including engineering and design experience involving industrial and commercial facilities, and design skills involving advanced power, lighting, and communications infrastructure.

His experience also encompasses electrical design and project management of municipal, educational, retail, religious and worship spaces, healthcare, assisted living, and senior and recreation centers.

With high profile projects in his portfolio such as the landmark City creek Development, a Salt Lake City downtown revitalization project, Mr. Rosado’s professionalism and experience will be an asset to your next project.
