Fairbourne Station Parking Structure
West Valley City & Wasatch Commercial Management | West Valley City, Utah
To increase services and much-needed parking capacity near the UTA/Trax Fairbourne Station, Envision provided electrical engineering as a member of the design team for this new $23 million, seven-level, 406,000 SF parking structure.
The project also included a new skybridge to connect West Valley City employees and the office building tenants of the adjacent Fairbourne Station office tower.
In addition to comprehensive electrical engineering for the building and skybridge, Envision provided lighting and security system design to provide a high level of energy efficiency, as well as safety and aesthetic features.
