Towne Ridge Office Building Phases I-III

The Towne Ridge mixed-use development, Phase II is part of the larger 1100-acre master planned development called “The Cairns”—a development to revitalize Sandy City’s downtown area and create a vibrant community for residents and visitors. The 25-acre site for Phase 2 complements access to nearby public transportation including Front Runner and TRAX; thus, promoting a transit circulator to easily connect to major transportation corridors, including State Street and I-15.

Envision provided electrical engineering and related services for the $40 million Phase II project which consists of two 5-story office towers (each 125,000 SF) connected by a common 2-story atrium lobby which has a rooftop patio accessible from both towers. Also adjoining the office towers is a 1,100-car parking deck.
