Phase 1 of Cornerstone at Cottonwood Corporate Center includes 170,000 SF of Class A office space. Envision Engineering provided engineering for all the electrical systems to support the building, in addition to energy efficient lighting design.

Located on a 9-acre site, the project will ultimately include a second building to connect with the Phase I building via a curvilinear three-story lobby, totaling 268,000 rentable SF and structured parking for 850+ cars. Envision’s design was prepared in anticipation of this planned future expansion.
